Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Veyro platform. They are written plainly because the platform is still in development and we want it to be straightforward to read and to change as Veyro matures.

Using Veyro

You need an account to use the workspace behind sign-in. Keep your credentials safe, and make sure everyone you invite follows the terms of the business you control. You are responsible for how your team uses the platform.

Development status

Veyro is in active development. Some capabilities shown publicly — live voice calling, payment top-ups and parts of the API — are on the roadmap and are not yet available. Where a capability is not live, it is labelled as such on our pages.

Acceptable use

• Use Veyro lawfully, including any requirements around how and when you contact people.
• Do not attempt to access another business's data, or the platform's internal administration.
• Do not use Veyro to store or transmit unlawful material.

Fees and Veyro Credit

Pricing is planned as a platform subscription plus communications usage. Final rates and the terms that govern Veyro Credit will be published before live calling launches. No charges are applied for capabilities that have not launched.

No warranties

The platform is provided as-is during development. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not warrant that it will meet every expectation or run uninterrupted in a preview phase.
